P.E.P. (Presbyterian Enrichment Program)

Wallace Presbyterian Church sponsors a preschool (P.E.P.) Presbyterian Enrichment Program.  We have a 3 year-old and 4 year-old class.  The Wallace Presbyterian Enrichment Program (P.E.P) is under the authority of the session of the Wallace Presbyterian Church through the guidance of a governing board.  We accept without regard to race or religious affiliation.  The 3-year-old program is open to 10 children who are 3 years old by August 31.  This program is held each Tuesday and Thursday morning.  The hours are 9:00-12:00 noon beginning in September and ending in May.

The 4-year-old program is open to 12 children who will be 4 years old by August 31.  This program is held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9:00-12:00 noon beginning in September and ending in May.

The goal of the Presbyterian Enrichment Program (P.E.P.) is to provide quality, loving preschool education for children in Christian context.  Since 1984, our P.E.P. program has sought to provide a safe, caring environment to enable children to reach their physical, mental and spiritual potential.  The Wallace Presbyterian Church supports P.E.P. as a part of its ministry to children and their families.

The daily schedule includes art work, free time in learning centers, together time with music, stories and drama, play ground time and snack time.  Our activities vary somewhat from day to day.

Our teachers are Dee Thompson (director) and Ann Love (Assistant).  They are dedicated and patient teachers who do a great job with the children.  We have had positive feedback about P.E.P. since it first began in 1984.  If you are interested or have friends and family with preschool age children, please contact Dee Thompson at Wallace Presbyterian Church at 285-2808.
